Who we are
We represent offshore investment bankers who specialized in the local currency bonds market development, private equity transactions and mergers/acquisitions in both private and public sectors of emerging market economies. Our capabilities and mission are to strengthen emerging markets and deliver substantial benefits to local economic development by deepening West Africa’s local bond market and private equity industry.
We are into international supply chain finance, and we are into various types of collaboration, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, franchise arrangements, leasing agreements, sub-contracting agreements, asset-based financing and international consortium contracts, subject to the country regulation and target company valuation and types of acquisition vehicles available in the African country.
What we do

To encourage and stimulate policy reforms in local currency bonds markets and supply chain finance through the Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, Ghana Bankers Association and Ghana Chartered Institute of Bankers.

To provide tailored and bespoke advisory services through Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Global Value Chain Management in the SMES, multinational companies and commercial banks .

To enable reserve managers, debt managers , treasury officers, pension fund managers and liquidity managers and security traders to diversify their investment portfolio.

To initiate and open new markets for global and local institutional investors to participate in the Local Currency Bonds Markets Development Program.
